Taking it easy?

Well that is the aim for this week readers but I must tell you that there is a changed man before you now so much so that I am finding it hard not to train this week and just go easy on the bike, probably a mix of the great weather but more like a love for my riding. I am not going to really go into the details of what I am doing ride wise right now as I want to keep it for an end of month entry to wrap up the month in detail once the last session for my #gothedist is done, there will be a lot going into that entry and I feel it deserves one of it's own.

You know I enjoyed my drive home from the office today the sun was out albeit a bit hazy and there is a breeze but I have been finding that my car seats fit better or rather that I fit my car seats better so that instead of sitting on them I am sitting in them, a definite non scale victory there but today was also a good day because of the postman who kindly left several boxes for me for when I arrived home, first up was a book containing a load of my photos as a mothers day present, second box containing my Skullcandy Lowriders

In blue as I love blue and well matches my eyes :D As anyone will tell you I love music and I have become pretty tired and sick of using the pathetic little ear bud things you get with most music players they just don't sound right to me so the Lowriders made complete sense.

Last of all was a very yummy box from Graze, this is my first ever graze box and I decided to give it a try on the recommendation of a few friends and because I was happily consuming too many cookies either in work or not long after I got home.

They do several different themes of box, Nutrition, Well being and lastly the Energy box that I selected, for calorie counters the box is supplied with the break down of the calories in each punnet of nibbles which is kick ass and per punnet is less than I would munch on cookies after work each day so i think we are onto a winner here, the only disadvantage......I want to nom the entire box.
