Walkies

Hi all hope your all having a great month so far, still sticking to those resolutions? I hope so.
Well I am going to kick this entry off with a hearty thank you to Ring Around Rinn for the

The terms of this award are pretty straightforward:
1. Post and link back to the person who awarded you this award (check!)
2. Share 7 things about yourself
3. Award 15 recently discovered great bloggers (or as many as you can); and
4. Contact these bloggers and tell them they’ve won!

So here I go,

  1. I don't like big towns and cities
  2. My fave colour is blue
  3. I love second hand bookshops, sadly not many left now thanks to the chains
  4. I adore Hedgehogs
  5. I have lived in 2 other countries other than England
  6. My fave cartoon character is Wiley Coyote, I just feel so sorry for him.
  7. My fave photographer is Don McCullin
There that's that done, not sure who to pass this award on too but my brother is a good start I am Jim and JAG and lastly The Fitness Gauntlet all very good blogs and well worth a look.

Well back on track and on Sunday I was half organized and got my gear loaded into the car ready so that I might get out on the moors for my first trail hike of the year and it felt so good just getting out and about in daylight was an added bonus.

I was surprised how well I coped and I was really enjoying the climbs and was actually working them pretty well, guess even my limited amount of workouts over this winter have done some good, going to have to wait until Garmin Connect is back up before I add the work out link but the heart rate info was kind interesting compared to my cycling ones.

Right sleep time for me now, hoping to have another entry later this week.

  3. I want to be there Si. Other than the fact that you're a decent dude, but I love the scenery. Reminds me I need to head to the country every once in a while.
