October....I honestly cant believe it is almost October and as it is the beginning of a new month I am starting with a new challenge....
To cover 100 miles in a combination of cycling and walking.
I have been toying with the idea of setting a monthly goal for some time now to give me some more motivation as my training sessions have been some what irregular and I have felt i could and should be going further and doing more, last month my brother James did a similar challenge so when another FitBlogger Fat Girl VS World launched her Going the Distance Challenge I decided this was the perfect time to step things up a gear.
Going to do another blog when i start and every day in October.
This is great man, lets Rock this thing! My goal for the challenge is 100 miles walking and elliptical. I think in November I will try a cycling challenge.
